PSI Pax develops cost estimates and schedules, and tracks project performance and financial status for our customers, collecting and compiling project input into Program Management Reviews and other reports. We assist in the development of Systems Engineering Plans (SEP) that include process implementation strategy, technical effort definition, schedule and organization, technical plans, and work directives. Our experts create initial capabilities documents, capability development documents, capability production documents, single acquisition management plans, integrated program summaries, acquisition program baselines, plans of action and milestones, and milestone decision briefs.


Our financial experts analyze and deconstruct project and program requirements and identify Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and integrated summary plans. We analyze program data, project risks, costs, schedule, and resource variances, and develop Project Cost Reports that focus on performance analysis and include corrective action recommendations. We work side-by-side with our customers to prepare and update program planning and execution documentation, aligning it with applicable industry standards and organizational guidance. Our team supports configuration management of documentation.


We support the coordination of all business and financial services to include, budget formulation, submission, justification, and execution. Our analysts compile and analyze program cost data for incorporation into team work plans and other financial documentation. PSI Pax provides financial execution tracking against Operating Budgets and program funding and performs detailed analysis of financial and workforce data to provide our customers with the current financial status of their programs or organizations. We identify program risk as it relates to cost and schedule and recommend mitigations for the risk.


PSI Pax performs administrative support to include: the preparation of correspondence, key control, permit parking, supplies orders, calendar and conference room scheduling, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) scheduling, telephone and AirCard statement processing, competency mail distribution, personnel security management, and visitor request processing. 


Complementing business systems management, PSI Pax supports business systems functionality, providing embedded technical and business area expertise to ensure that our Department of Navy (DoN) customers’ Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) production systems meet ongoing business operations requirements. PSI Pax experts provide instructions for end users on Navy ERP modules and maintain business rules associated with the receiving operations that have been standardized across all Systems Command warehouses. PSI Pax supports testing of Navy ERP releases to address defects and provide defect analysis for potential impacts to business operations and we have the unique expertise to deploy the functionality.
