PATTY ROBRECHT
President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer
Patty is responsible for the creation and integration of PSI Pax’s strategic direction, business growth, and financial affairs of the corporation. She oversees all departments within the organization, and supervises the creation and implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and standards that govern the operations of PSI Pax.
LISA MANN
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Lisa plans and oversees business operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. She is responsible for promoting our capabilities, and engaging with our customers and industry partners. She promotes consistent practices across all customer programs and is responsible for the oversight of technical support and adherence to quality, contractual, and industry requirements for all of our prime and subcontract activities.
SHELLY CORCORAN
Vice President, Director of Human Resources
Shelly oversees employee and labor relations at PSI Pax, leading the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. She manages all HR functions including corporate talent acquisition, total compensation and benefits packages, onboarding and offboarding, and employee training and career development.
RAY WERNECKE
Vice President, Director of Business Solutions Programs
Ray advises on policy compliance and development, consults on sustainable business growth, and develops standards and processes across business solutions programs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization.

GAIL RIDGELL
Vice President, Director of Quality and Contract Management
Gail promotes quality assurance and compliance at PSI Pax. She ensures top-notch quality of PSI Pax’s contract and corporate performance through continuous process improvement initiatives; the standardization of policies, processes, and procedures; and knowledge management practices. She is responsible for the management of contracts made with PSI Pax customers, vendors, and partners.

Recruiter
As a PSI Pax team member since 2007, Agnes plays a critical role in finding both emerging and seasoned talent to join our team and is responsible for the full spectrum of recruiting activities as she sources and screens applicants for featured technical opportunities.
BRENDA LACEY
Corporate Security Officer
Brenda is in charge of establishing non-IT security policies, procedures, and plans at PSI Pax. She ensures PSI Pax’s compliance with contract security requirements and maintains a secure environment for our employees, vendors, and customers.
